This is a private reference site, not a government office. We cannot verify custody, release anyone, post bond, or retrieve an official booking record. Contact the public office that holds the record or manages the custody matter directly.
Official Curry County Records Contacts
Use the office that controls the specific record. For a county booking record or booking photograph request, start with the Curry County Sheriff's Civil and Records Division. The county's general online contact form is not an IPRA request channel and is not a Sheriff's Office contact channel.

For a Clovis Police incident report, body-camera material, agency-held photograph, or audio record, contact Clovis Police Records at 300 N. Connelly St., Clovis, NM 88101, (575) 763-9428. Its published records hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding holidays and weekends. City IPRA requests may be routed through the Clovis public-records route or the Clovis City Clerk at 321 N. Connelly St., (575) 763-9693.
For a court disposition, use New Mexico Case Lookup and identify the court that has the case. A court result resolves a case differently from an intake record: an arrest or booking remains an accusation unless and until a court reaches a disposition.
- For a booking photo or booking record, begin with the CCADC inquiry and then the Sheriff's Civil and Records Division if an official copy is needed.
- For a recent county detention or a release date, use the CCADC inquiry, which can differ from a police arrest record.
- For Sheriff warrant information, use the official routes summarized on Sheriff's Most Wanted; do not rely on a third-party listing.
- For a sentenced state prisoner's location or record, use the New Mexico Corrections Department offender search rather than the county jail inquiry.
- For federal or immigration custody, use the appropriate federal Bureau of Prisons or ICE locator.
